Exero Group services are delivered from the Czech Republic and, where a matter requires it, elsewhere in the European Union, under Czech licensing and EU law, and structured around GDPR from intake to final report. Insurance claims investigation and compliance services are provided through Exero Claims, a division of Exero Group s.r.o.

Step 1, Intake
Confidential consultation to understand your objectives, the nature of the matter, jurisdiction, and any time constraints. Every enquiry is reviewed by an experienced investigator.
Step 2, Scoping
We define the investigative brief, deliverables and methodology before any fieldwork begins. You receive a clear engagement letter covering scope, timeline, legal parameters and fee structure.
Step 3, Field & Desk Work
Covert surveillance, OSINT collection, human-source enquiries, registry and court research, interviews and financial-flow analysis, deployed as the case requires and always within Czech and EU legal frameworks.
Step 4, Reporting
Findings delivered in a structured, source-referenced report designed to be actionable by clients, lawyers, compliance teams or boards. Chain-of-custody documentation included where required.
Step 5, Debrief
Your case lead walks through the findings and the options open to you. We remain available to support any subsequent legal, regulatory or internal proceedings.
