For law firms, insurers and corporate counsel
Cross-Border Judicial Evidence Collection in the EU
Lawful, court-ready evidence gathered across EU member states by licensed investigators, coordinated from Prague, documented to chain-of-custody standard.
Evidence that survives cross-border scrutiny
When a dispute spans several EU jurisdictions, collecting evidence is not simply a matter of sending an investigator abroad. Surveillance rules, privacy law, data-protection obligations and the formalities courts expect all differ by member state. Evidence gathered without regard to those rules can be excluded, and the party that collected it can face regulatory exposure. Exero Group coordinates licensed, local investigators across the EU under a single case manager, so every item of evidence is gathered lawfully in its own jurisdiction and documented to a standard courts accept.

Common questions
Is evidence collected by private investigators admissible in EU courts?
Yes, provided it was collected lawfully and proportionately. Courts across the EU, including Czech courts under § 125 of the Code of Civil Procedure, admit privately gathered evidence when its collection respected privacy and data-protection law. Our methodology is built around that standard.
Can you coordinate investigations in several countries at once?
Yes. A single case manager in Prague coordinates vetted, licensed local investigators, using standardised tasking and reporting so findings from every jurisdiction can be combined into one evidential file.
How do you handle GDPR during cross-border work?
Every processing activity is documented with a legitimate-interest balancing test, surveillance is limited to what is necessary and proportionate, and data is transferred and stored under appropriate safeguards.
