Surveillance is the disciplined documentation of a person's observable activity in public space: where they go, what they do and who they meet, recorded so that each observation can be tied to a time and a place. Exero Group s.r.o. carries out surveillance and activity verification in Prague, across the Czech Republic and, where a matter requires it, elsewhere in the European Union, for law firms, businesses and private clients.
Every deployment starts with a written lawful purpose, an operational plan and a proportionality assessment. Before an operative leaves the office we answer four questions in writing: who the subject is, what observable conduct will be documented, which legitimate interest justifies the intrusion, and what measures will limit incidental recording of uninvolved people. Observation takes place in public space only. We do not trespass, intercept communications, fit tracking devices or use databases reserved for the police.
We deliver three kinds of work: mobile surveillance of subjects in motion, static observation of a defined location, and counter-surveillance to detect hostile coverage of executives, witnesses or legal teams. Each operation closes with a written report, a time-stamped and hashed media archive and an exhibit catalogue.
